Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats (see note 1 for GF)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp pepita seeds
  • 1 tsp honey (see note 2 for VG)
  • 1 cup milk (see note 3 for DF or VG)
  • 1 orange, zested
  • ½ cup mixed berries

Methods

  1. Mix oats, seeds, honey, orange zest and milk in airtight jar or container and leave in the fridge overnight.

    NOTE 1: Use gluten-free oats to make recipe gluten free.

    NOTE 2: Use maple syrup if vegan.

    NOTE 3: Use non-dairy milk to make this recipe dairy free and vegan.

  2. Remove from fridge and top with berries. Enjoy!
