Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini, very thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp freshly ground pepper

Methods

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
  2. Pat the zucchini slices very dry using a paper towel. Drizzle over olive oil and season with pepper.
  3. Place on an oven tray lined with baking paper and bake for 1 hour. (You could also use a food dehydrator if you have one).
  4. Remove from oven and serve. Enjoy!
